The rain boat passes,
Over a fluid sky,
Grey and rust-coloured:
Moulding smoke
And tipping the boulders
To float off outboard.
Drizzle is thrown up by
The wash of its passage,
And the oil it drips
Slicks a skein of colours
Flotsam coloured
And mutlicoloured.
