The solution was obvious: just stick <i>-ear</i> on the end for the infinitive and conjugate like <i>emplear</i>, following the precedent of pretty much every new IT-related verb that's come along. We have <i>cliquear, escanear, chatear, postear, resetear, formatear</i>...and now <i>tuitear</i>.
